Before having kids, I taught three different grade levels in three different states at three different schools! Wow, I loved the experience of setting up a room and preparing for a new year. It was a goal of mine to intentionally set up a calming and safe space for the students in my class to feel loved and learn more about Jesus. As a teacher, you are on a tight budget but there are lots of options to make a space you love especially with the hours you are in your classroom!
